This Refund Policy applies to all OMNI-FX products, including but not limited to the OMNI-FX Icon Motion System, icon packs, animation packs, code components, and related digital files (‘Products’).

Due to the irrevocable and instantly accessible nature of digital goods, OMNI FX Studio maintains a strict policy: all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases once the digital files have been delivered.

2. Requirement for Pre-Purchase Testing
We strongly encourage all potential users to perform due diligence by downloading and thoroughly testing the free starter pack/free demo pack before committing to a paid license.
We are committed to transparency and want you to be confident in your purchase. We provide comprehensive free resources—including demo packs, so you can thoroughly test our Products' functionality and compatibility with your specific software and skillset before you buy.
By completing a purchase, you formally acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these free resources and have verified that the Product meets your requirements. This action serves as your explicit agreement to our 'All Sales Final' policy and your waiver of any right to a refund.
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the Product meets their requirements and is compatible with their technology stack.
3. Policy Regarding Corrupted or Missing Files
While refunds are not offered, OMNI-FX guarantees the quality of the file delivery:
• Replacement Guarantee: If you receive a missing or corrupted file, OMNI-FX will provide a replacement at no cost.
• Limitation of Liability: OMNI-FX’s sole and exclusive liability for any issue resulting in a broken or corrupted file is to provide you with a working copy of the Product you purchased.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By purchasing the Product, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of proven fraud.
Since digital files are delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are not possible once the download link or file is provided.
You agree that any technical issues or support queries regarding your purchase should be directed to OMNI-FX via email first. Initiating a chargeback for reasons other than fraudulent activity is considered a violation of the Terms of Service.
